Aaron is the Co-Founder and Managing Broker of ABL Real Estate Partners. 

For the past 6 years, Aaron worked at RKF which was later acquired by Newmark. He focuses on urban and suburban retail-driven investment sales, tenant representation, and landlord representation throughout South Florida. 

Aaron has worked with numerous retailers including but not limited to Kroger, Oliver Peoples, DJI, Warby Parker, Aesop Cosmetics, SunTrust Bank, JANUS et Cie, CVS, Grace Loves Lace, 54D, and Rukus Cycling Studio. He has also facilitated deals for many regional and national landlords including but not limited to The Related Group, Rockpoint Group, Goldman Properties, L3 Capital, Infinity Group, Tricera Capital, East End Capital, Tristar Capital, Brickman Real Estate, Sterling Organization, Apple Core Holdings, and Goldman Properties.

Specializing in off-market investment sales, Aaron has helped facilitate numerous transactions through extensive investor relationships. Most recently, Aaron brokered the sale of 1200 Ocean Drive for $32,500,000 on behalf of both the seller & buyer. He also brokered the acquisition of the Delray Commons shopping center for $17,000,000 on behalf of the buyer Kroger, marking the company's first South Florida acquisition. 

Aaron is a native of South Florida and currently resides in Miami with his wife Jackie. He received his B.S. in Psychology and minor in Business Entrepreneurship  from Indiana University - Bloomington. Aaron is licensed to practice real estate in both Florida and New York, an active member of the ICSC, and has been recognized as a CoStar PowerBroker. 

Brandon is a Co-Founder of ABL Real Estate Partners.

Since ABL’s inception, Brandon has focused on tenant representation, leading the expansion of Trulieve (OTCMKTS: TCNNF), a publicly traded medical marijuana dispensary. Brandon has been able to navigate challenging zoning across multiple municipalities throughout Florida to open over 40 dispensaries in 2021, and has been instrumental in helping Trulieve become the largest and most profitable cannabis company in the world.
 

Previously, Brandon previously worked at RKF which was later acquired by Newmark.  His responsibilities included identifying new business opportunities, collecting up-to-date market and tenant information, and supporting the Miami brokerage team on both landlord and tenant representation assignments as well as investment sales.  He focuses on urban and suburban retail-driven investment sales, tenant representation, and landlord representation throughout South Florida.  
 

Prior to Newmark, Brandon worked as an assistant football coach at the University of Miami, primarily working with quarterbacks. He first joined the staff while a student at UM, and was an offensive quality control analyst for six seasons.
 

A native of Miami, he graduated from the University of Miami in 2013 with a B.A. in Communications with a double minor in Psychology and Sports Administration. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the State of Florida.
